Mine Lyrics Taylor Swift

The single, "Mine" from Taylor Swift has been released. It's the first single from Swift's new album, Speak Now.

Speak Now contains 14 tracks all brand spankin' new with all of them written solely by Taylor. The young star also co-produced the project with Nathan Chapman.

Of the songs' lyrics, Ms Swift has said:

"These songs are made up of words I didn't say when the moment was right in front of me. These songs are open letters. Each is written with a specific person in mind, telling them what I meant to tell them in person."

As for "Mine," Swift said the song's lyrics are about "my tendency to run from love...Every really direct example of love that I've had in front of me has ended in goodbye and has ended in breakups and things like that. So I think I've developed this pattern of sort of running away when it comes time to fall in love. This song is sort of about finding the exception to that."
